Integration Readiness Evaluation

Provides a quick investigation into the cost/benefits of integration, and an overview of the following;

  • Specific benefits to the business units and IT organization
  • Recommended configurations based on existing business
  • Existing infrastructure and potential areas requiring upgrades
Integration Analysis and Strategy Offering

Provides a detailed gap analysis and "go forward" model with a path to implementation of the integration architecture.

  1. Client Environment Study - Contains a detailed review of the existing environment.
  2. Solutions Requirements Outline - Ensures that expectations will be met at the end of migration. Project team captures business and technical drivers into a high level outline of the solution.
  3. Architecture Overview - Initial draft of the target architecture is developed to ensure that communications between the project team and the client are in sync.
  4. Solution Strategy Outline - Decisions to make sure that the approach on all aspects of the project are correct in estimation of scope.
  5. Integration Discovery Lab - Analysis and Strategy team sets up a small lab on the client site at client cost so that the client's staff can explore compatibility testing and integration.
