Foundation's Insurance Practice mirrors the company's service model. The Practice is organized into three primary delivery channels: Vertical Industry Practices, Horizontal Services and Integrated Solutions. These three channels work co-operatively to funnel business value to our clients; from account management, through service delivery, to measurable business results. Using proven business process templates tailored with e-commerce and application enabling technologies, we are capable of rapidly implementing solutions that produce measurable business results.
The Insurance Practice consists of CPCUS, CPAS, and MBAs with 10-30 years of industry business experience. Each practitioner maintains functional knowledge and expertise for workflow and business process mapping. To complemen functional capabilities, consultants have 5-10 years of technical design and programming experience with databases and ERP applications - in addition to specialized expertise in Oracle, SQL and Java.
