OGDEN Corp provides operations and services through its operating groups within its business segments. Ogden Entertainment, Inc, directly and through joint ventures, is engaged in business activities related to entertainment attractions and leisure and game venues, including operations in Theme parks, Food and Beverage Concessions, Venue Management and Specialty Casinos. Aviation provides specialized support services to airlines and designs, finances, builds and operates major airport facilities and other aviation infrastructure projects. OGDEN Corp has about 350 branches across the United States of America

BUSINESS PROPOSITION & THE CHALLENGE:

Foundation was the lead partner in Phase 2 implementation and utilized it's proprietary 'Go Live' rapid implementation methodology to implement PS/AR, Billing and Project Costing.

Foundation also conducted a Managed Upgrade Project for the entire Financial database from ver 6.0 to ver 7.5.

  1. Foundation created, organized and managed the Upgrade Project plan and the different phases involved in the plan.
  2. Foundation helped OGDEN plan the resources and personnel involved in the Upgrade project in various roles.
  3. Foundation also used its time-tested plan and various standardized templates to capture all the customizations for the Financials modules, evaluate the complexity and time estimate for each one of them.
  4. Responsibility for overseeing the development of these Customizations in ver 7.5 and testing of each one of them before making the Final move to Production.
  5. To implement Workflow in Accounts Payables and General Ledger. The Project was completed successfully within the timeframe specified by the client.
  6. To manage the integration of interfaces between PeopleSoft HR and Payroll package with PS Accounts Payables.
